Synopsis:

Earth is dying and the crew of the Ouroboros is set to get colonists out among the stars to give humanity the greatest chance of surviving. It only has a small window of time to make only a few trips. The first one should go off without a hitch. Enter – the hitch.

Review

A very short story that I’m glad was free. I had an extra 30 minutes so picked this up. It was fine. It is so middle of the road as far as short stories go that this is all I can say about it.
