Covering the introduction, we cover a bit more of Bart Ehrman and his work. Ehrman claims Christian scholarship has presuppositions going into the subject of New Testament scholarship. Ehrman, however, also has presuppositions whether he admits them or not. We also talk about the desired one should have to present alternative viewpoints in scholarship and present them in the best light to respond to them. Finally, we suggest a few additional free resources.

In this book Dr. Stokes challenges everyone to be a sober skeptic. He points out the views that atheists claim to hold are either inconsistent or don’t go far enough. He challenges atheists to think more about what they are claiming and if they want to be skeptical – keep going.
