God Is Not Silent

Some of the “New Atheists” posit a god that, if he existed, would not and could not communicate with us because of how supreme above us he would be. But this is creating a false idea of a god that does not follow from that argument. For if a god could make the world and everything in it, surely he’d be able to communicate with his creation as well. That is what God does when He reveals Himself by the Prophets of old, the apostles of the Church, and His Word directly. God is there and God is not silent.
