God Is Not Morally Responsible For Evil
God is not morally responsible for evil but does decree it. We don’t derive this from philosophical foundations but from biblical foundations. Genesis 50 is one of the clearest examples of God being the primary means and man as the secondary. The responsibility lies with man and the decree with God.
