The biggest hurdle for Christians for using free will as an explanation for why evil exists is that free will is not biblical. While there are many great Christians that believe the explanation is able to be found in Scripture, the Reformed perspective offers a more consistent and better explanation for who God is and who man is as revealed in the Bible.
