Can Anyone Be Neutral?

You’re talking with your friend who doesn’t believe in God and you do. He says, “Listen, let’s just be completely neutral in this and we’ll figure out if you’re right. I’ll be open-minded and you just not refer to your Bible as proof for anything and we’ll see if God exists.” Is that something should you do? Can you do that? What is your friend laying down to be neutral? Is he? Can anyone be neutral?
