Apocryphal Books Of The Bible?
Are there lost, Apocryphal books that should have been included in The Bible? Finishing the chapter on how the New Testament should include the authentic books that are there, we look at why not other books.
- Why do we include only the 27 books and not 12 others or Gnostic ones?
- Why four Gospels and not six?
- Why not include every book written?
If not everything, then clearly the Canon arises just from that fact alone. The Canon is not a stick used to beat other equal books away. It is a ruler used to show authentic teaching from those that weren’t.
