Tools To Evaluate Worldviews
We finish the chapter by looking at some more tools to evaluate worldviews. Finishing up with atomists that want to keep free will we see hedonism and existentialism reign here. Then we take a slight detour to cover those worldviews that say you either can’t know or it doesn’t matter what all of reality is like. Is the easy way out the best route?
Finally, we look at two facts used in evaluating worldviews. Once you classified each worldview in the nice grid system we covered in this chapter, you have a much easier time of where to put the pin of belief of everyone you might meet in the world and run an internal critique on what they view is true about all reality and how it differs from the Christian worldview. From there, you have a two-pronged approach to presenting the Gospel while responding to their view of the world, the universe, and everything.
